The builder will be hosting the tour while discussing the properties available for sale, lease guarantees and warranties. 

Discuss how each building is constructed for a custom built student rental including waterproofing, new HVAC system, new electrical and plumbing throughout and more!

Review Mortgage Financing: 

Learn more on how to finance a residential investment property and achieve 3.49%, 3 year, 30 year amortization mortgage financing 

Meet our mortgage representative from CIBC.  You can discuss further how your clients can structure and finance a student rental investment property

Review Property Management: 

Meet with our property manager and rental representative

Discuss how every property is managed professionally with quality tenants in place immediately after the closing date. 

Advertise & Market: 

By joining one of our property investment tours, we will provide you with authorization to marketing and advertise our product, under your name, on your socials, websites, etc. We will show you how to build a lead generating system to produce quality residential investor clients
